Please use this form to report any issues that require attention from the C-SC maintenance staff. No phone calls or emails will be accepted to report non-emergency maintenance issues. Once a request has been placed, you will be able to track its progress and resolution via the web.

This system will ask you a series of questions based on the type of problem you select. Please answer the questions with as much detail as possible so that our staff may be able to assist you with the greatest possible efficiency.

In the event of an emergency, please call 573-288-6313 from 8 am to 5 pm on Monday through Friday and 573-288-6508 after hours.
