Welcome to the C-SC HelpDesk System! If you are experiencing technical problems or difficulties, please report your problem here and a member of the Information Services staff will contact you as quickly as possible.

This system will ask you a series of questions based on the type of problem you select. Please answer the questions with as much detail as possible so that our staff may be able to assist you with the greatest possible efficiency.

  • STUDENTS: If you are currently living on campus and require work on your personal computer in your dorm room, please select "ResNet" as the problem type for your HelpDesk request. This will automatically send the request to the proper staff members. (This does not apply to telephone or cable requests.)
  • All fields marked with an (*) are required.
  • You must provide a valid C-SC ID# or your request will not be processed.
  • Address, phone and e-mail information will be obtained through the use of your ID number. You will not be required to provide this information.
  • All e-mail and phone correspondence will be through your C-SC e-mail account or the phone number you have provided to the Registrar's Office.
